The ‘Heywood Sun’ are sculptural ’60s-inspired Jacques Marie Mage spectacles featuring signature arrowhead front pins, exposed ‘Classic’ wirecores with hairline details, and inner temples with foil-stamped Stanley Kubrick signature and collection hallmarks. Confident, charming, and self-assured, these timeless expressions of mid-century mystique are modelled after the classic ‘60s style of Dr. Heywood Floyd (played by William Sylvester), Chairman of the National Council of Astronautics in 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968).
